It was a joyful cultural day event 2015 as the Rivers state university of science and technology portharcout Nigeria. Nothing would have made the event more colourful as a cultural group representing the Okirika culture a riverine area of Rivers state shows off her boobs to proudly portray the rich cultural heritage of the Rivers people and Africa at large.
